Commercial Valuations

Moses Rutland Chartered Surveyors provide valuation reports on commercial premises for a wide range of purposes, and where appropriate, in accordance with the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards. Examples include:

  • Purchase or renting

  • Sale

  • Business Transfer

  • Rent review

  • Lease renewal or re-gearing

  • Redevelopment

  • Matrimonial or partnership disputes or Court procedures (see Dispute Resolution)

  • Tax matters, such as Inheritance Tax (probate) or Capital Gains Tax

  • Insurance Reinstatement cost valuations

  • Company financial accounts

  • Charities Act requirements

Whilst a valuation report will take into consideration the general condition and appearance of a property, from only a cursory inspection undertaken for specific valuation purposes, it is not a report on the condition of the property or a building/structural survey. For survey advice, please refer to Condition Surveys.
